Overview

This computer system is the property of KSTGROUP.LOCAL, this computer system, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices (specifically including Internet access) is provided only for authorized users of KSTGROUP.LOCAL and other authorized employees. Any or all uses of this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, and audited for all lawful purposes, including to ensure their use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures., By continuing to use this system you indicate your awareness of and consent to these terms and conditions of use.

This IT Policy for End-Users is designed to provide guidelines for the responsible and secure use of KSTGROUP.LOCAL is information technology resources. All employees and authorized users are expected to adhere to this policy to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.

  1. Usage agreement:
      ⮚ End-users are expected to use IT resources for business-related purposes. Personal use should be kept to a minimum and should not interfere with work duties.

      ⮚ The password changes every 3 months.

      ⮚ Users will access the data according to their role and permissions. If any problems arise, users must take responsibility based on their usernames.
  4. Software Usage:
      ⮚ Only use software and applications approved by the IT department. Do not install unauthorized software on company devices.
      ⮚ All installation requests must be submitted via the company’s IT support system.
  5. Email and Internet Usage:
      ⮚ Proper use of company email for work communication.
      ⮚ Avoid using email for personal matters during work hours.
      ⮚ Be cautious about suspicious emails and never click on unfamiliar links or attachments.
      ⮚ Let IT know if you ever receive an email that seems suspicious.
      ⮚ Use the internet responsibly for work-related tasks.
      ⮚ Don't visit websites that aren't related to your job.
      ⮚ Do not use the company email for personal registrations or any unrelated work.
  6. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):
      ⮚ BYOD to work is not allowed.
  7. USB Port access:
      ⮚ The USB ports on our computers at KSTGroup have been blocked for security and protection purposes.
  8. Equipment and Asset Responsibility:

  9. Remote Access:
      ⮚ Accessing our workplace network is only possible within the office premises. For remote access, users must request permission from IT.
  10. Consequences of Violation:
